Both, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board have been active in financial market-regulated functions for many years.

Dr. Patrick Kranz' current professional activity and areas of experience include the development of the Axalo Group (2005-today) in the areas of management consulting, tax consulting, accounting, insurance consulting, real estate, architecture and construction management with around 60 employees in Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
Patrick holds various investments in private equity sector in the field of welding and assembly technology with around 300 employees in Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Austria and Germany. As Chairman of the Board of Directors and co-owner of various other shareholdings in the field of auditing, accounting, tax and management consultancy, civil engineering and various property companies in Liechtenstein and Switzerland he is well connected. Formerly he was active in Trust/ Family Offices (McKinsey & Co., Zurich, and other companies).
His education includes Dissertation on Private Equity, University of St. Gallen (2003-2008), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), programme; training as financial analyst (2001-2006) and degree lic. oec. HSG (Business Administration), University of St. Gallen (1994-1998).
Asif Ghiawadwala has almost 25 years of trading and investing experience in global markets. Asif spent the first part of his career on the sell side in senior roles, running various derivative trading desks in FX and commodities. He started his career at Merrill Lynch in 1999, moving to Lehman Brothers, Barclays and Westpac.
After 14 years on the sell side, Asif decided to move to the buy side, joining Brevan Howard in 2013, as a senior macro trader and strategist with a multi-asset focus, ultimately working with the CIO. In 2020, Asif was approached by Millennium to join a new fund focused on global FX and macro investing. Throughout his career, Asif has developed several discretionary trading techniques with systematic overlay, to inform his investment strategies.
Asif has been a visiting lecturer at Bayes Business School, part of City, University of London teaching mathematical trading and finance, and holds a BSc from the London School of Economics.
Ranjeev Kumar is a solicitor with over 20 years’ transactional and advisory experience. His primary focus is real estate, and he advises on the structuring and deployment of capital in all types of domestic and cross-border real estate investment and development transactions.
Currently a Partner with TLT LLP, Ranjeev started his career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and has worked at leading US law firms Paul Hastings, Fried Frank and Katten. He also established Watson Farley Williams’ real estate finance offering in London.
Ranjeev graduated from the London School of Economics (LLB, Law) and University College, London (MSc, Public Policy).
Arun Jagannathan

Arun Jagannathan is an accomplished financial markets professional with more than 23 years’ industry experience. His successful career started at Merrill Lynch’s London Fixed Income Derivatives trading desk. He gained extensive experience at some of the world’s leading fixed income OTC bond and derivatives market making trading desks and created lucrative client businesses and executed a large amount of transactions in the area of complex fixed income derivatives based transactions at Société Générale, Barclays and Deutsche Bank. As Managing Director, he headed Jefferies Solution Sales Europe and UBS’s Client Solutions Group Germany & Austria and focussed on high value strategic transactions with globally active institutional clients. He built up and lead highly productive teams who were well connected with the leading auditors and industry associations and analysed changes in the business environment due to changes in the regulatory environment resulting in understanding of structural institutional capital flows and generating transaction proposals.
After a successful career in London, he was appointed CEO and Delegate of the Board of Directors of a Liechtenstein based, EU compliant life insurance company with a global client base. He is also the founder and serves as Director of a Liechtenstein based consulting company, which predominantly provides advisory services for banks and insurance companies.
Arun holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom Kaufmann – Uni) from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, specialising in Capital Market Research & Finance and Innovation & Technology Management. His diploma thesis was “Empirical and Economical Analysis of the European Corporate Bond Market”. He was registered with the S.E.C. in U.S.A. as General Securities Representative and with the F.C.A. in U.K. as CF21 Investment Advisor Function and CF30 Customer Function.
Bernd Steffan

Bernd Steffan has over 30 years of international professional experience in the banking sector. At Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Bank, Commerzbank, and Eurohypo/Loan Solutions, he gained experience in areas such as Private Asset Management, Trading (Proprietary Trading and Market Making), New Issue Business (asset and liability based), operational Treasury, Portfolio Management, as well as Bank Resolution and Project Management. His practical expertise covers all product and asset classes, with a particular focus on Fixed Income. Along with several years of leadership responsibility, he managed various national and international trading books and was responsible for global portfolios with an asset peak size of € 140 billion.
As founder and owner of his startup Heat Invention, in the field of innovative heating technology, he also acquired additional know-how in company founding and company build-up.
Bernd Steffan holds a degree in Banking Administration (Frankfurt School of Finance & Management) and is a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner according to Scrum.org.
